Return Policy

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All return requests must include clear photos of the item(s). Requests submitted without photos will not be processed.

Once a return is approved, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, the buyer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will provide documentation if needed, but we are not responsible for carrier-related damage.
